Ray's snowmobiling trip 1/20/2008

















Listeners describe Ray as a "regular guy", the kind of guy you wouldn't mind having as a neighbor as long as you have a really tall fence.

This year Ray celebrates 16 years in Chicago Radio, 12 at US*99.5

Ray is all about Chicago. Born and raised in the Western suburbs, he has lived in the area his entire life. Currently Ray, wife Gina, and kids Cheyenne, Conner and the newest addition Cassidy call Batavia their home. "I love the suburbs, especially the Fox Valley. It's a great place to raise kids and enjoy the Fox River and the great bike paths!"

An avid outdoor type, Ray can be found exercising a couple hours a day. His workouts usually consist of biking 20-25 miles in the afternoon along with working out with weights. Ray's main interest is his family and usually does all the "guy" stuff with them. He and his wife are into NASCAR and try to make a few races every year. "We snowmobile, boat, and fish as a family. We usually take all our trips together."

His kids are his favorite! "I never imagined that being a Dad would be so cool!" They have a great sense of humor. (They get that from Gina.)

St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, D.A.R.E., Urban Tree Research, March of Dimes, ALS Foundation, Salvation Army, and anything that has to do with helping Chicago's neighborhoods and kids.

Ricky Rudd, Dale Jarret, Josh Nelms (local driver)

Favorite Vacation Spot
Anywhere there is water skiing and fishing in the summer and snow for snowmobiling in the winter
